Ladies Statement
Firstly, I wish to say thank you for taking the time to go through our content and for expressing an interest in our services at Stamford Sports Performance. Sincerely, it’s amazing that you’re thinking of us to help you on your journey!

Unfortunately, as of today, our programme is solely aimed at helping men.
​
The reason for this is that the knowledge gained through my studies has largely been used to inform my own training, with very little attention outside of this. There are some differences between men and women which need to be taken into account when prescribing exercise for women. These are differences I have very limited knowledge on, and I believe it would be a disservice to offer advice on things outside of my knowledge base.
​
As the service develops and grows, I may look into further education to cover these gaps in my knowledge, or bring someone else onboard who is more qualified than I am. However, it must be stated that both these avenues are very far off in the future, as I look to solidify and create a sustainable business in the immediacy.

We are currently looking for someone in the local area to signpost ladies to if you are still interested in women’s-specific fitness, and will update this page in due course.
