About Phil Bradford

Phil Bradford is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with extensive experience in both rehabilitation and performance settings. His work is grounded in science-driven exercise principles, ensuring clients receive safe, effective, and evidence-based training tailored to their individual needs.

Phil holds a Master of Research (M.Res) in Sport Science with a focus on biomechanics, the study of human movement in a sporting context, and a B.Sc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science. He is a CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Trainer, a Level 4 BACPR Cardiac Exercise Instructor, and is accredited through ACHS RCCP. He is also a technical member of CASES, reflecting his commitment to professional standards and continuing development.

Phil’s professional experience spans clinical rehabilitation and performance coaching. He has worked in NHS rehabilitation services, delivering exercise interventions for clients with long-term conditions including pulmonary conditions, heart failure, and Long COVID, often managing complex comorbidities. He has also worked in higher education settings, coaching general populations and university sports teams, providing tailored programmes that improve strength, fitness, and overall health.

Currently, Phil focuses on supporting recreational golfers and the general population seeking health improvements. All clients begin with an initial consultation to ensure the service is the right fit, with programmes personalised to meet individual goals. Services are offered within his local area.

Phil’s work combines clinical expertise, performance insight, and evidence-based methodology, offering a reliable and professional pathway to improved health, fitness, and sporting performance. Clients can expect personalised guidance, structured programmes, and ongoing support designed to deliver measurable results safely and efficiently.

While Phil may wear all the hats, the focus remains the same: delivering professional, science-based training that makes a real difference.
